Dominic Tinley is a new media specialist with twelve years' experience managing high-profile websites. Until recently he was Head of Online Services for the UK Parliament. He is currently working as a freelance consultant, based in London. As one of the first Producers at BBC Online, Dominic helped establish BBC Learning as a leading educational website in the UK. He went on to become New Media Manager for Channel 4 Learning and later worked as a freelance consultant specialising in broadband and mobile content delivery. As a Development Producer at Culture Online he managed projects that combined arts, culture and technology, including My Art Space and the award-winning SoundJunction. Dominic is an advisory board member for the Icons of England project and a fellow of the RSA. |
